No. Your weekly suite rent is transparent, with no hidden fees and no commission split. You keep 100% of the income you earn, so every dollar you make stays with you.

Yes. We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 24 months, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your business goals.

Yes. We require two refundable deposits: Suite Hold Deposit: A $500 refundable deposit to reserve your suite for up to 14 calendar days while your lease is being finalized. Security & Restoration Deposit: A refundable deposit equal to four (4) weeks’ rent, which is collected after the lease is signed. It is returned at the end of your lease, provided all move-out obligations are met.

Each suite comes fully equipped with a lower cabinet with sink, a upper storage cabinet, and a full-length LED mirror. For hairstylists, a professional shampoo bowl (wash station) is also included.

Yes. You’re welcome to personalize your suite and make it your own. Within our guidelines, you can paint, apply wallpaper, and add shelving, mirrors, and furniture to create a space that reflects your brand and style.

Yes. We require proof of your professional designation or certification, where applicable, as well as Professional Liability Insurance and General Liability Insurance prior to move-in. If needed, we can connect you with trusted partners who can help you obtain coverage with ease.

Yes. We offer 60 on-site parking spaces available for both you and your clients, making it easy and convenient for everyone visiting SoloPath Suites.
